Liberty has been recognised with five silver medals in the annual survey of Australian insurers.

Liberty achieves recognition in the 2024 Brokers on Insurers survey by Insurance Business Australia.

Australian brokers ranked a dozen insurers across 11 different categories – awarding gold, silver, and bronze medals for first- through third-place achievements.

Liberty was awarded five silver medals in the 2024 survey across the following categories:

• Silver for overall service level
• Silver for product innovation
• Silver for claims turnaround time
• Silver for new business turnaround time
• Silver for BDM support
